Last week, we had the immense pleasure of hosting our highly anticipated Green Day Conference at the stunning Windsor Park National Football Stadium in Belfast. This annual event is the highlight of our calendar, and this year was no exception. Our colleagues and clients flew in from around the globe, coming together to celebrate innovation, collaboration, and our shared commitment to a greener, more sustainable future.

Inspiration from Ciaran May

We were honored to welcome Ciaran May as our keynote speaker for part of the day. Ciaran, a visionary in sustainability and leadership, has been dedicated to helping organizations and individuals make impactful, positive changes in their lives and businesses. His keynote speech touched on the importance of embracing environmentally conscious leadership, inspiring us all to think bigger and act more boldly when it comes to sustainability. Engaging Team-Building Activities Powered by Dynamic Events

In true Green Day spirit, we wanted to ensure that this event was not only informative but interactive and fun. Partnering with Dynamic Events, we hosted a series of unique team-building activities that challenged participants to think creatively and work together towards a sustainable goal.

One of the standout activities of the day was the Build-a-Windmill Challenge, where teams were tasked with constructing working windmills. This activity symbolized the importance of harnessing renewable energy, and it was incredible to see everyone’s innovative solutions come to life and sustainability is something so important to us as you can see here. The event also featured an app-based challenge, where participants could earn points based on their performance in the team activities. These points were then converted to offset their carbon footprint, giving everyone a tangible way to contribute to a greener future right from the stadium!

The atmosphere throughout the day was electric, filled with camaraderie, collaboration, and a shared passion for sustainability. This year’s Green Day Conference truly embodied our theme of “Innovation, Teamwork, and Environmental Excellence.” As we continue to reflect on the day, it’s clear that events like these not only inspire action but also foster lasting memories and connections.
